Message	a very controlled environment (lots of Argon I believe). The process itself is expensive. I actually researched this pretty heavily 6 months ago and turned up a bunch of dead ends from those companies that do manufacture and sell titanium. If you have any leads on this end, I would be excited to get your information and run with it. Regards, Bryan
